This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Bluebird when Chef William Hawkins partnered with us to create a restaurant serving local food and Marksbury Farm meats.

We continue with that focus, but the past two years have been especially difficult in the restaurant business everywhere. While the Bluebird is no longer open for dinner, we are open again on Mondays and concentrating our efforts on breakfast and lunch, the original focus of the Bluebird when it was founded ten years ago.

We are rebuilding our culinary team, led by David Sanderlin (D-Law), and hope to offer special dinner events in Cerulean and regular dinner offerings in Mama DeVechio’s later this year. We are so appreciative of your loyalty and look forward to serving you in the coming year.
