Plainview is the historic name of our farm, likely given because our old farmhouse sits on a knoll that gives porch sitters a Plain View from all directions. Our Tuscan village home also has a high perch that looks out over the Val di Chiana (pictured), giving us another Plain View in Italy. It’s from both places I write my observations and reflections. I hope these humble writings serve to inspire and edify.
